From the top right on www.comforties.com click on “My account”. Select “Register”. You will be redirected to a new webpage where you need to select “New Customer” and fill in the information. Click “Create account” when you fill all the
mandatory fields and enjoy ordering!
First you need to be registered. If you want to know how to register, click here. Select your desired items, add to cart and go to the shopping cart. You will need to fill in your shipping and billing information, and also to select your payment method. That’s it!
If you want to place an order, it is mandatory to register on our www.comforties.com.
We provide multiple payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Ideal, PayPal. Our payment provider is ADYEN.
Free shipping of orders over 250 EUR and 10 EUR handling fee for orders less than 250 EUR.
If you need to return a product, from the top right side on www.comforties.com click on “My account”. Select the specific order from which you would like to make a return and click “Make a return” on the right-hand side. You will be redirected to DPD return system to submit a free pick up request.
After receiving your request, DPD will pick up the parcel for free in the fastest way and deliver it to us. After we receive the returned items, we will automatically send you a Credit Memo by email.
In order to receive a partial or a full refund, you need to contact our Customer Service. Depending on the payment method which you used, the refund options are the following:
• PayPal – refund to your PayPal balance or bank account (bank card) – whichever option you used.
• Bank transfer – refund by bank transfer to your bank account.
• ADYEN – refund by bank transfer. Please, note that we do not see your payment details when you use ADYEN and you need to contact our Customer Service to provide your bank details.
